Was this taken with a Fuji Real 3D W3 camera? I'm asking because my camera of that model took vertically mis-aligned photos and I had to use the Menu -> Settings to access the manual re-alignment function there. I have also used StereoPhoto Maker to perfect the vertical and horizontal alignment. This results in any image that looks beter if viewed via anaglyph and is overall less likely to produce 'headaches'.
