Hello Jose! Great to see you posting photos again! Awesome! You can add captions to the photos in your account! Regards, Peter
Now we can choose between 51 Sony models (15+36) the best 3D rig for our purposes, allway with a perfect sync (through the Multi-Terminal port and always under 0,5 milliseconds) for shoot 3D stills since the first cam having it (NEX 3N) to the last one (ZV-1):
Sadly the 12 latest Sony cams no longer have Multi-Terminal port: Sony Alpha A-1, A-7C, A-7C II, A7-C R, A-7 IV, A-7 R V, A-9 III, A-6700, ZV-E10, ZV-E1, FX3 and FX30
Only 15 Sony models have perfect photo sync and ALSO a very good video sync because it is possible to assign in the menu MOVIE button (movie recording) to the shutter button: A-7 (III), A-7R (III, IV), A-7S (III), A-9 (I, II) A-6100, A-6400 A-6600 RX100 (VI, VII) HX95, HX99, RX10 (IV) ZV-1
But others 3 dozens of Sony models needs the 2 best devices described in this video to achieve wirelessly good video sync: Nex-3N A-3000, A-3500 A-5000, A-5100 A-6000, A-6300, A-6500 A-7 (I, II), A-7R (I, II), A-7S (I, II) ILCA-58, ILCA-68, ILCA-77 (II), ILCA-99 (II) RX0 (I, II) RX1R (II) RX10 (II, III) RX100 (II, III, IV, V) HX300, HX350, HX400 HX50, HX60, HX80, HX50, HX90, WX500
Of course, prefect sync (always under 0,5 milliseconds) is only possible following the two-step ritual (focus first and shoot later), and for this reason failed the first attempts to sync Sony cams because without these ritual (shooting without previous focus) the sync is very bad: 4, 8, or more .milliseconds.
The two recent stereo viewers are tablets... and both are excellent (Lume Pad and ProMa King Tablet):

I also think that currently high-quality stereo photography needs Sony lenses and sensors (since 2018, when a new 3D era begins) due to perfect synchronization, only possible through the Sony multiTerminal ports. I think the “new Sony era in stereo photography” is going to last for many, many years. :-).
We can choose (between 51 Sony models) the best 3D rig for our purposes described here (from Sony Nex 3N, the first to the ZV1, the last one):

On the other hand, I think the Red Hydrogen One is an excellent compact and pocketable stereo camera, very useful for close and medium distances. Occasionally it can also be used as a phone if a SIM card is supplied :-)

Thank you very much for your answer. I have a stereo wiever from fuji-real 3dv3. he is excellent. I was just wondering what's new on the market. I gave you a Sony alpha rig according to your instructions and I am very satisfied.I would also like to ask Red hydrogen one, is this a 3d cell phone?
Unfortunately the Qoocam EGO - 3D camera is the only pocket 3D camera (with no phone screen required) currently available for sale.
It has many limitations in focus, white balance, etc. It has also obvious limitations in its 2 lenses and sensor (half an inch). Then the quality of the photos can be similar to those made by Sony's 3D Bloggie camera.
Red Hydrogen One is a more portable 3D camera, better at taking photos, and its lenticular viewer is very usable and impressive. Now the Hydrogen One is also much cheaper (only second-hand, of course).
Then the Qoocam EGO - 3D cam is probably just a toy (only for adults because of its price) but I think sometimes it can be very fun:
a) Its screen menu, after installing the latest firmware (V2.0.10 2022-06-14, https://www.kandaovr.com/download/), is very practical and functional.
b) Its viewer is less portable than the camera but the results are really excellent. Sadly it is not easy to view the stereo photos taken with other cameras. Hopefully, that will be solved in a future update of its firmware.
In this video there is more information about the synchronization of current Sony cameras (wired or wireless ways), including video synchronization (only possible in the latest models):
I have always found a good synchronization (less than half a millisecond), using the pendulum method of Barry Aldous.

On the other hand I prefer to use the aperure priority to achieve a similar depth of field in both cameras, since this type of disparity is impossible to correct later.
Greetings
Hello,
what Settings of the Cameras did you find best for Synchronization by Multiport?
What Settings take effect on the accuracy of Synchro?
Cheers, Jörg
