I mostly use these (all Windows software) for doing my photos:
http://www.mediachance.com/pbrush/index.html - "routine" stuff, like colour grading etc.
http://www.mediachance.com/quickhdr/index.html - this one is a single-image HDR processor (this picture was done in it)
